Terms and Conditions: Kinetic Video Projects

  1. Project Overview:

    • The K-pop cover dance and original choreography video projects aim to teach participants the skills necessary to create and perform dance routines and have the opportunity to be professionally filmed!

  2. Class Requirements:

    • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes related to the video projects.

    • Regular attendance is crucial as it is a group project. Special circumstances are ok, but students are expected to make up in their own time.

  3. Video Recording:

    • Participants will be required to participate in filming of their dance routines (unless specifically agreed with KINETIC beforehand).

    • The Videos may be used by KINETIC for their social media and promotional content.

  4. Behavior and Respect:

    • Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow participants.

    • Any disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the project.

  5. Parental Consent:

    • For participants under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is required to participate in the video projects.

  6. Use of Media:

    • The studio may use photos or videos of participants during classes for promotional or educational purposes.

    • Personal information and images will be handled according to the studio’s privacy policy.

  7. Safety and Health:

    • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in dance activities.

    • The studio reserves the right to recommend modifications or adaptations for safety reasons.

  8. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as necessary.

    • Refunds for missed classes are subject to the studio's discretion.

    • If a course doesn’t meet the minimum requirements as determined by KINETIC a refund will be provided via bank transfer.

  9. Timings:

    • Although KINETIC will endeavour to keep to the times outlined on the course - there may be exceptions due to teacher leave/sickness. KINETIC has already advised the current state so there shouldn’t be any major deviations.

    • KINETIC reserves the right to change times of practices and filming days and will work collaboratively with the group (e.g. if there is group consensus that another day suits everyone better).

  10. Acceptance:

    • Enrolment in the K-pop cover dance and original choreography video projects indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions by participants and their guardians (if applicable).
